2. The Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)

- The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return
- Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange (if exchanging, specify the desired product)
Step 2: Receive Your RMA & Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship any item back without an RMA number—it ensures your return is processed accurately and promptly.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included parts, cables, manuals, and accessories. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip. Affix the provided shipping label (if applicable) or ship to the address provided in your instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable and insured service (like DHL or FedEx) for your protection.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method
We apply the same precision to financial transactions as we do to audio signal processing.
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and complete inspection.
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original form of payment used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. The time it appears on your account depends on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.
- Original Shipping Costs: Standard shipping fees ($12.95) are non-refundable. Free shipping promotions are applied as a discount; if a return brings the order subtotal below $50, the equivalent shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Clearance All Closeout Specials & Closeouts Specials – These items are priced final clearance and are sold “as-is.”
Personalized Custom or Made-to-Order Items – Any product modified per customer specifications.
Software/Digital Opened Software or Digital Download Products – Once accessed, these cannot be returned.
Damaged by Customer Any product that shows signs of misuse, installation attempts, physical damage, or is not in its original condition.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
