Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time payment is confirmed.

Shipping Methods, Time & Costs

We offer two engineered shipping solutions to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Recommended):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: Flat rate of $12.95.
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch. This service provides full tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, this option is not available.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch. Includes basic tracking.

Global Delivery Note: We ship worldwide! However, please note that delivery to some remote regions in Asia and other select areas may be subject to extended timelines or restrictions. Customers in these regions will be contacted if any issues arise.

2. Our Returns & Exchange Promise

Whether you’ve purchased amplifiers, car audio dash kits, Bluetooth® receivers, or classic adjustable accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not, our streamlined process will make it right—with precision and transparency.

3. The Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days)

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange (if exchanging, specify the desired product)

Step 2: Receive Your RMA & Instructions

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship any item back without an RMA number—it is essential for accurate and prompt processing.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included parts, cables, manuals, and accessories. Include a copy of your original invoice. Ship to the address provided in your instructions.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item). We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service (like DHL or FedEx) for your protection.

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution

Once received at our San Jose facility, our quality team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will immediately initiate your refund or ship your exchange.

4. Refunds: Timing & Method

We apply the same precision to financial transactions as we do to audio signal processing.

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and complete inspection.
  • Method: All refunds are issued to the original form of payment used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. The time it appears on your account depends on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Standard shipping fees ($12.95) are non-refundable. For orders using free shipping, if a return brings the order subtotal below $50, the equivalent standard shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

To ensure the safety, hygiene, and performance integrity of our specialized audio products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Hygiene & Performance-Critical Components:
    • Audio Connections & Connection Systems that have been opened or removed from sealed packaging (e.g., cut wire, terminated cables, opened connector kits).
  • Clearance Items:
    • All Closeout Specials & Closeouts Specials – These items are priced as final clearance and are sold “as-is.”
  • Personalized Products:
    • Any custom or made-to-order item modified per customer specifications.
  • Software/Digital Products:
    • Opened software or digital download products once accessed.
  • Damaged by Customer:
    • Any product showing signs of misuse, installation attempts, physical damage, or not in its original condition.

6. Exchanges

Need a different model of amplifier or a different size dash kit? We’re happy to help. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs. The exchange process follows the same steps as a return. Clearly state your desired exchange product in your initial request.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged product or the incorrect item received. We will cover all shipping costs to correct the issue and will expedite a replacement or correct shipment immediately.
